1- Create your customer account

In the banner at the top of this page, we invite you to create your customer account by clicking on “My Account” and using the name and email address provided during your reservation, whether directly with us or through an agency. This step will allow you to fill in all your personal information and that of your companions. By completing them in advance, you will save time upon your arrival.

2- Contact Bois Fleuri

If you have booked through a travel agency or a booking platform, it will be necessary to contact us by phone at +33(0)4.68.81.70.00 or by email at contact@bois-fleuri.com to provide us with your email address so we can send you an information form to complete before your arrival. As with step 1, this is a crucial step to save time upon your arrival. This call will also allow you to refine your stay details: the number of adult and minor participants, options to add if necessary…etc.

3- Settle your stay balance (tourist taxes and extras)

After adding your options or extras, we will ask you to settle the balance of your stay before your arrival day. For this, several options are available to you:

  • Via your customer account by credit card
  • By bank transfer to the IBAN found on the quote we sent you. Maximum 3 working days before your arrival.
  • By holiday vouchers, which you will send us by post via tracked mail or registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt.

4- Register your €1 deposit online

2 days before your arrival, we will send you an email offering you to place a deposit online. This deposit is a €1 bank pre-authorization. Subject to a correct check-out inventory, it will be automatically released after your departure.

If you do not wish to place your deposit online, we will ask you to do so upon your arrival: €100 by credit card

OUR TIPS FOR A SUCCESSFUL VACATION AT LE BOIS FLEURI

The vacations are fast approaching…

To make your life easier at the camping site, we’ve put together a few tips you won’t want to miss out on!

1 – Don’t forget your sports equipment!

Tennis, padel, multi-sports pitch, petanque court – everything is at your disposal, but don’t forget your sports equipment!

We also remind you that inflatable toys and balloons are forbidden in the aquatic area from June 30 to August 31.

2 – Notify us of any problems with your accommodation

98% of our technical interventions are carried out within an hour of being reported to reception. *Pierre and his team will be delighted to help you.

3 – Prefer parking around the tennis courts and playground

Unload near your accommodation and park around the tennis courts, where spaces are free and spacious.

4 – Avoid seaside traffic and take our free shuttle

The shuttle bus will take you directly from the camping site to the beach.

5 – Anticipate your departure arrangements

Opt for an inspection between 8 and 9 a.m. to avoid long waits.

Your arrival

ARRIVAL / CHECK-IN :

A multilingual team (English, French, German, Dutch, Spanish) welcomes you for check-in and check-out, and is at your disposal throughout your stay.

The entire Bois Fleuri team welcomes you from 11 AM until 11 PM maximum (key collection guaranteed at 4 PM). If you decide to arrive from 11 AM, you can enter the camping grounds with your vehicle and access all our facilities. We advise you to pack your swimming essentials in a bag to enjoy our water park as soon as possible while waiting for your accommodation to be ready. Restrooms and changing rooms will be available for you to change if needed.

If your accommodation is ready before 4 PM, we will be happy to give you your keys.

If your arrival is scheduled after reception closing hours, please contact us by phone at 04 68 81 70 00.

Let’s put an end to road hassles! We offer you the possibility of arriving on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday for certain types of accommodation!

ENTRY INVENTORY OF FIXTURES

Upon entering your accommodation, we ask you to check if the inventory of your accommodation is complete. If you notice any discrepancies, please report them to reception. A team will intervene as soon as possible.

CAUTION

A deposit will be required on arrival. There are several ways to make your deposit:

Before your stay: you will be asked to pre-authorize a €1 debit on your credit card. It can be refunded on the day of your departure directly to your bank account if your departure inventory of fixtures matches your entry inventory of fixtures. In the event of a direct debit, your bank details will be used to cover any repair costs and/or the value of missing or damaged equipment. (see article 15 of the CGL)

On site:

  • or €100 (blocked and unavailable) on your credit card. This amount will be refunded to your bank account after 3 weeks if your inventory of fixtures is in conformity with the entry inventory of fixtures.

In the event of express departure or departure outside reception opening hours, Le Bois Fleuri will be the sole judge of the general condition of the accommodation and the quality of the cleaning.

Cleaning deposit : Accommodation must be left clean on departure (floors cleaned, dishes washed, garbage cans emptied, cupboards clean, kitchens and shower rooms/wc cleaned). If you notice any anomalies in the condition of your rental on arrival, you must notify the campsite reception within 24 hours, who will do everything possible to rectify the situation as quickly as possible. Otherwise, it will be very difficult for us to respond positively to your complaint.

If the accommodation is not left clean at the end of your stay, we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of restoring it and to deduct it from your deposit after notifying you (100€).

Accommodation deposit : Accommodation must of course be returned in the condition in which you found it. In the event of damage (breakage, shortcomings, deterioration), we will inform you and charge the sums required to restore the rental property.

UNLIMITED FREE WIFI! Le Bois Fleuri is equipped with SMART WIFI, the latest technology in remote Internet access. With some forty kiosks throughout the site, you can connect easily and directly from your accommodation using your computer, tablet or smartphone. Go on vacation, but stay connected with your loved ones. Share your photo memories now! 4 simultaneous connections per accommodation.

SHUTTLE A shuttle runs daily between the Bois Fleuri campsite, Argeles Village (3 km) and Argeles Plage (6 km), several times a day (up to 8 rotations in high season). Schedules to be consulted on site.

KIDS-CLUB The Kids-Club is located in a central area of the camping site next to the playground. The program varies according to the number of children and their ages.

The Kids-Club is open :

April 6 to July 4, 2025: Monday to Friday, every morning. July 5 to August 29, 2025: Open daily, except Fridays and Saturdays, morning and afternoon.

The Kids Club is closed in September.

BARBECUE Charcoal barbecue areas are open to all. The barbecue grill is available for hire: €5/week.

Please contact the camping for group accommodation (/group) and related services and activities.

HALF-BOARD

All-you-can-eat buffet breakfast + dinner (drinks not included).

Ages 6 to 11: €17/child

Ages 12 and up: €30/person

Free for children aged 0-5 (accompanied by a paying adult).

Minimum 2 consecutive days in low season and 7 consecutive days in July/August.

Open daily: opening hours posted on site.

Number limited. We strongly recommend that you book in advance.

Half-board always begins on the day of arrival (evening meal) and ends on the day of departure (breakfast).

Breakfast: you can have breakfast in the restaurant between 8am and 10am. As for the contents of your breakfast: 1 pastry, a dairy product, jam, fruit juice, half a baguette…)

Evening meal :

You’ll have a choice of several starters, 3 main courses (meat, fish or children’s menu) and several desserts presented in buffet style. The restaurant welcomes you in the evening from 7pm.

Thanks to ADMR, we can offer you the service of a nanny in your home. From 3 months to 10 years, whether you have one or three, day or night, a single rate of €28.90/hour*.

SWIMMING LESSONS

Private swimming lessons are given by a state-qualified lifeguard in July and August. Contact on site.

Your departure

END-OF-STAY CLEANING

If you do not wish to clean your accommodation before leaving, you can choose the cleaning option for €90 or €110.

EXIT INVENTORY

You must return your accommodation by 10am on the day of your departure. We strongly advise you to book a departure before 9am if you want to avoid the wait.

Once you are ready, come to reception with the keys to your accommodation. A member of our team will come to check your accommodation while you wait a few minutes at reception. Once the inventory check is complete, you can leave peacefully or enjoy the camping facilities all day if you wish.

For early departures or overnight stays, please inform reception.

Consumer mediation

In the event of a dispute between the professional and the consumer, they will endeavor to find an amicable solution.

If no amicable agreement can be reached, the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator responsible for the professional, i.e. the Association of European Mediators (AME CONSO), within one year of the written complaint sent to the professional.
